    Day 01: Boat Ride and Village Exploration (L/D)

    Morning: Begin your journey with a leisurely boat ride along the Nam Ou River from Nong Khiaw to Muang Ngoi. Enjoy the stunning river views, passing lush green mountains and serene landscapes. Upon reaching Muang Ngoi, explore the tranquil village and visit a local cave and viewpoint that offers panoramic views of the area.

    Midday: From Muang Ngoi, board a boat for a 20-minute ride to Sop Kong village. Once there, take a walk through the village, passing rice paddies and immersing yourself in the daily life of the locals. Continue your trek to the MOK waterfalls, where you can swim in the refreshing waters and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

    Lunch: Savor a delicious lunch in Sop Kong village, featuring traditional dishes made from fresh local ingredients.

    Afternoon: Return to Sop Kong village for a homestay experience. Learn how to cook traditional Lao dishes during a cooking session led by the locals. Enjoy the fruits of your labor for dinner while getting to know the villagers.

    Day 02: Scenic Hiking and Village Tour (B/L)

    Morning: After a hearty breakfast, cross the Ou River by boat and head toward Sop Khan. Begin a scenic 2-hour hike through lush forests and rolling hills to reach Phayong village. Enjoy the breathtaking views and take in the tranquility of the area.

    Midday: Continue your hike for another 1.5 hours to Na Luang village, where you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch with the locals. Afterward, take some time to explore the village, learn about its culture, and meet the residents.

    Afternoon: Conclude your hike with a 1.5-hour walk to Vieng Kham village. From here, take a Tuk Tuk back to Nong Khiaw, reflecting on the beautiful landscapes and rich cultural experiences of the past two days.
