Day 1: Arrival in Vientiane – Capital City Tour (L)
Upon arrival in Vientiane, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, begin discovering the cultural and historical highlights of Laos’ capital city. Visit Wat Sisaket, the oldest surviving temple in Vientiane, famous for its thousands of Buddha images. Continue to Haw Phra Kaew, once the royal temple of the Lao Kingdom, and visit the magnificent That Luang Stupa, the country’s most important religious monument and national symbol. End the day at the iconic Patuxai Monument, where you can enjoy panoramic views across the city. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Lao dinner and relax at your hotel.

Day 2: Vientiane – Vang Vieng (L/D)
After breakfast, travel north through beautiful countryside landscapes toward Vang Vieng. Along the way, stop at Ban Tha Heua, known for its freshwater fish farms, and visit a local organic farm where you can learn about sustainable agriculture in Laos. Upon arrival in Vang Vieng, explore Tham Chang Cave, one of the area’s most impressive caves, offering spectacular views over the Nam Song Valley and surrounding limestone mountains. Day 3: Blue Lagoon, Cave & Vang Vieng Countryside Adventure (L/D)
Today, explore the natural beauty of Vang Vieng by bicycle or local transport. Travel through rice fields, rural villages, and scenic countryside to the famous Blue Lagoon, where you can relax, swim, and enjoy the crystal-clear spring water. Day 4: Vang Vieng – Luang Prabang (L)
After breakfast, continue your journey north to Luang Prabang, the former royal capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The drive passes through dramatic mountain scenery, forests, and traditional villages. Stop at several viewpoints to admire the spectacular landscapes and capture memorable photographs. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, visit Mount Phousi, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Mekong River, Nam Khan River, and the historic town below. Day 5: Mekong River Cruise, Village Visit & Departure (B/L)
This morning, embark on a traditional slow boat cruise along the mighty Mekong River. Travel through beautiful river scenery and visit a historic riverside cave before continuing to a local village. Here, you will observe traditional blacksmithing, handicraft production, and daily village life while learning about the customs and culture of local communities.
