Day 1: Trek Into the Heart of Nam Ha National Park (L/D)
Approx: 5-6 hours walk

Begin your adventure with a 5–6 hour trek deep into the heart of Nam Ha National Park, one of Laos’ most pristine and biodiverse protected areas. Walk beneath thick jungle canopy through bamboo groves and wildlife-rich forest. Stop for a picnic lunch at a massive ancient tree, a peaceful and memorable highlight of the day. Continue trekking downhill to the Nam Ha River, where you can choose to stay in a riverside jungle cabin or experience a survival-style night by building a jungle shelter with natural materials. Enjoy a traditional jungle dinner cooked over an open fire and fall asleep to the sounds of the forest.

Day 2: Wildlife Exploration, Waterfall & Village Stay (B/L/D)
Approx: 6-7 hours walking

After breakfast, continue trekking for 6–7 hours through remote forest zones rarely visited by travelers. Visit a natural wildlife salt lick, where animals such as deer, wild pigs, and birds often gather. Continue on to a scenic waterfall, stopping for lunch beside the cascading water. In the afternoon, walk down through farmland and along the Nam Ha valley to reach Nalan Village, a welcoming Khmu community. Join your host family for a hands-on cooking experience, enjoy dinner, Khmu tribe dancing performance around fire and overnight at a traditional Khmu homestay.

Day 3: Kayaking Adventure & Lantan Handicraft Village (B/L)
Approx: 4-5 hours kayakking

Wake up to fresh mountain air and enjoy breakfast with tea or coffee before beginning a 4–5 hour kayaking journey on the Nam Ha River. Paddle through calm stretches and exciting rapids while passing pristine jungle and wildlife corridors. Along the way, visit a Lantan handicraft village to observe traditional weaving and purchase handmade textiles. Finish kayaking around 2–3 PM, where a tuk-tuk will transfer you back to the office, ending your adventure with unforgettable jungle, river, and cultural experiences.
