TOURS DETAIL
Day 1: Arrival at Houayxay Border – Transfer to Luang Namtha (L/D)
Welcome at the Houayxay Border, followed by a scenic drive to Luang Namtha. Visit a Lantan village to witness traditional cotton dyeing (January-March) and bamboo paper making (January-February). Explore Ban PhiengNgam and its Handicraft Museum before checking into your hotel.
Day 2: Luang Namtha – Chaleunsouk Village – Nalan Village (B/L/D)
Begin your trek from Chaleunsouk Village with a local guide. Hike through valleys, rice fields, and scenic ridges before reaching Nalan Village, home to the Khmu tribe. Stay at an award-winning homestay and enjoy a traditional dinner with your hosts.
Day 3: Nalan Village – Namkoy Villages on the Nam Ha River Valley (B/L/D)
Trek through lush forests, stopping at Nalantai Village along the Nam Ha River. Continue to Namkoy Village, a Lantan settlement. Choose between a homestay or an eco-lodge for an immersive overnight experience with a campfire dinner.
Day 4: Namkoy Village – Primary Forest – Transfer to Luang Prabang (B/L/D)
After breakfast, hike through ancient primary forests, crossing streams and reaching Namlue Village. Transfer to Luang Namtha and take the train to Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Check-in and relax.
Day 5: Kuang Si Waterfall and Luang Prabang City Tour (B/L/D)
Visit the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall and the Bear Rescue Centre. In the afternoon, explore the Royal Palace Museum, Wat Xieng Thong, and the historic village streets of Luang Prabang. Conclude the day with a sunset cruise on the Mekong River.
Day 6: Alms-Giving Ceremony and Train to Vientiane (B/L/D)
Participate in the sacred alms-giving ceremony before exploring the morning market. Take a scenic train ride to Vientiane, Laos’ capital, where you’ll check into your hotel and unwind.
Day 7: Vang Vieng Highlights Tour (B/L/D)
Journey to Vang Vieng and explore its natural wonders, including famous caves, the Blue Lagoon, and panoramic mountain viewpoints. Visit nearby villages before returning to your hotel.
Day 8: Vang Vieng – Vientiane City Tour – Departure (B/L)
Travel back to Vientiane and explore its cultural landmarks, including That Luang Stupa, Patuxai Monument, Wat Sisaket, and Buddha Park. End your trip with a visit to the bustling Talat Sao Market before your departure.and then back to hotel and say Goodbye.
