· Morning: Begin your adventure with a 4-5 hour trek deep into Nam Ha National Park. Midway through the journey, stop at a scenic viewpoint to take in the breathtaking landscapes of the park.

· Midday: Enjoy a delicious lunch at this vantage point, surrounded by the beauty of untouched nature.

· Afternoon: After lunch, descend towards a small stream, immersing yourself in the lush jungle environment. Feel the fresh, crisp air as you journey deeper into the heart of the rainforest.

· Evening: Arrive at a Khmu, Lantan tribe village, where you will experience their traditional way of life, sharing stories and learning about their rich culture and around 3-4 PM  Back to city
